The short-circuiter of the STOZ type is designed for outdoor installation. It grounds the conductor rail in the no-voltage condition. The device, operated manually by a lockable lever blocked for safety reasons by an electromagnetic unit, serves in the subway (METRO) system of the Prague Public Transit Company. Technical data
